On February 16, 2022, EUC students met with Mr. Emanuele Rebasti, legal officer at the Council of the European Union.
Mr. Rebasti joined the second meeting of Panel 1 as an expert to discuss the recently acknowledged “conditionality mechanism”, a new instrument Mr. Rebasti has been directly involved with and working on as a legal officer.
